1. Eligibility

To use Immutable Azopt, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom or a jurisdiction where our services are lawfully available.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law, including sanctions regulations.

We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time to comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access the Immutable Azopt trading platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate any account that contains false information, is used fraudulently, or breaches these Terms.

3. Description of Services

Immutable Azopt provides an AI-powered auto trading platform that:

• Connects to supported broker or liquidity accounts.
• Analyses market data in real time using proprietary machine learning models.
• Executes trades automatically according to your chosen risk preferences.
• Provides analytics, educational content, and customer support.

Immutable Azopt is a technology provider. We do not provide personalised financial advice, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. By using Immutable Azopt, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance, whether simulated or live, is not indicative of future results.
• AI-driven strategies do not guarantee profits and can produce losses.
• Market conditions, including volatility, liquidity, and news events, can materially affect outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting financial outcomes.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit to activate a live trading account is £150. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through regulated payment providers. You agree that:

• All funds deposited originate from legitimate sources.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and AML checks.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours, subject to verification.
• We may delay or refuse transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Fees and Charges

Immutable Azopt operates on a transparent profit-share model. We do not charge hidden fees. Any applicable charges — including profit share, payment processing, or third-party broker fees — are clearly disclosed within your account dashboard before you commit to a transaction.

7. AI Trading Disclaimer

Immutable Azopt's AI engine (including PatternIQ™, SwiftTrade Engine, and RiskGuard AI) is designed to assist with trade execution and risk management. However:

• AI outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic.
• No algorithm can predict market movements with certainty.
• You retain the ability — and the responsibility — to pause, override, or disable automation at any time.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform's AI or infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, algorithms, and design elements associated with Immutable Azopt — including the name "Immutable Azopt," "ImmutableAzopt," and all related logos — are the property of Immutable Azopt or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Immutable Azopt shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or third-party failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you failed to protect your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Termination

You may close your Immutable Azopt account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. On termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or platform changes. Material updates will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
